General Terms
• Minimum number of booking is 20 pax for set menu and 40 pax for buffet
• Table Set Up and other equipment will be provided in accordance with the menu and drinks agreed. Our kitchen will be completed with our standard tent; should you require any specific tent shape to stay with the esthetics of your event, there will be an additional cost. The confirmation of your reservation implies the full understanding and acceptance of the present general terms agreement

Bar Policy
• Our bar packages includes 1 all purpose bar and set up
• If two (2) or more bars are requested, an additional surcharge is applicable
• Any request for full bottles of alcohol taken or to be placed on the table will not be allowed.
• Shot drinks are not allowed
• Drinks for pouring tower, ice carving etc not allowed
• We will not serve alcoholic beverages to minors
• We will not entertain guests that come up to the bar requesting large amounts of drinks or demanding cases or bottles of alcohol.
• We have the right to refuse serving alcohol to any guest who is deemed intoxicated and we will bring this to your attention if it happens.

Free of Corkage
If you bring your own beverages should you take any of our alcoholic drink packages (option 1, option 2 & option 3)
• We will not be responsible for the bottles of beverages brought by the client. You should pass the bottles to us and also take the stock back if any bottles are left.
• Loss and Breakage deposit of Rp. 1.000.000,- net or Rp. 2.000.000,- net to be paid before the event date and will be returned if unused
• Additional hours for Beverages Services must be informed and confirmed by us before the event date

Damage and Liability
• Breakages can happen & clients will be invoiced for a security deposit before the function accordingly for breakages – glassware, plates & damage to table cloths or furniture incurred by guests. Security deposit will be returned in full if there isn’t any loss and breakage during the event
• Up to 50 pax security deposit is Rp. 1.000.000,- net,- and more then 50 pax is Rp. 2.000.000,- net
• The client or the person organizing or paying for the event is obliged to compensate for any damage, breakage or loss to any part of Ely’s Catering properties either intentionally or unintentionally damaged by any guests associated with the event based on the original price said item
• Ely’s Catering is not responsible for any loss or damage of guest’s belongings before, during or after the party.

Payment
• prices quoted are valid for 30 days from date of quotation. a deposit is required to secure existing price quoted. • 50 % deposit required immediately to confirm booking
• 50 % no late than 7 (seven) working days before the event date
• Payments can be made in cash (Indonesian Rupiah only) or via bank transfer (IDR or USD)
• Kindly include bank charges when you wire-transfer the funds to the nominated bank account. Proof of transfer is required If there are any other additional charges/ orders during the event, it will be charged and to be paid in full after the event finish
